The organization, Legendary J.R. Richard Diamond League is a fresh startup nonprofit charitable organization in Texas, USA and dedicated to working with Little League baseball teams in age groups ranging from age 4-16. We are a team of different backgrounds with one common goal. We are to provide the best possible community service to these children with different kind of development programs regardless of gender, race, color or religion. Ensuring the success of this, the company, each of these activities needs to take place and be at the forefront of their day to day operations.

The business plan is to have a concrete document that clearly describes the organization’s concept and would clearly highlight the thought behind the concept and further deployment methods and strategies, also to document the strategy to grow and establish as a respectable brand in the community. It will also help to management to plan and take the future decisions of the organization. Our team is truly unique. Each team member plays a vital role in the success of our overall success.

The founder of the organization is J.R. Richard. He is a former starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who played his entire career, from 1971 to 1980, with the Houston Astros. J.R. Richard will take decisions with his industry and the other community service experience to develop the organization and increase the services range. The organization is a non-profit organization and it depends on the donations from authorities, the public at large, individual, corporate social responsibilities and funds from special social fundraising activities like concerts.
The main expenses are the community services, payroll, marketing, training offering cost etc.
